I love any reason to create family traditions. One of my favorite traditions is buying books for each holiday. With Easter around the corner, I’ve complied a list of Easter books for your children.
Don’t buy them all at once.
Our collection for each holiday is slowly growing. Every year, at the beginning of that holiday’s season, I surprise each of the boys with a new book. I like to make a fun themed breakfast and leave each of their books out for when they wake up. It a fun “kick-off” to each holiday!
Keep it new & exciting
Pack up the books and store them with your holiday decorations. This keeps them new and fun each year. Don’t leave them on your child’s book shelf all year long. Not only does that create extra clutter, it takes away from the excitement. Bring them out when the holiday decor comes out, this way they will have something to look forward to each year.
Make them easily accessible
Find yourself a nice bin or basket to keep them in. Check out Target or Homegoods for affordable options. Keep them in a room where you spend a lot of time as a family. They are out for such a short time, so keep them easily available for the kids to grab, look through, and read.
Easter books for your Children
I’ve complied a list of some of our favorite Easter books as well as some of Amazon’s most popular titles.
Family time is the best time.
We all know the saying, “the days are long but the years are short” and just how true it is. Reading to our children is one of the greatest gifts we can give them, so sit down, curl up on the couch, and enjoy a book with your little one. I promise this will end up becoming one of your favorite traditions.
Let me know in the comments if I left out any of your family’s favorite Easter books. Share in the comments if you love any of the ones I’ve shared!

I do this for my grandson. He is about to turn 3 and absolutely loves books.
